The database is only to be accessible by those authorised access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Do we use cookies?

Yes but only four. 1: On our contact page for prevention of spam. 2: On our competition and payment forms ( see below ). 3: Is a cookie is set by the Google recaptcha service to identify bots to protect the website against malicious spam attacks. 4: Is through WordPress ( which our site runs on ), and this sets a cookie when a user interacts with emojis on a WordPress site. It helps determine if the user’s browser can display emojis properly. The latter two are necessary cookies, i.e. cookies that do not track or collect personal data, and are necessary for the website to function. They do not store any personally identifiable data and are therefore exempt from requiring consent.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information or email address. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree ( in writing ), to keep this information confidential.
